Agar aapko apni wife ke extra-marital affair ke baare mein pata chalta hai, toh gusse mein aakar unpar haath uthana ek criminal offence hai. Iske bajaye, aapke paas kanooni raaste hain. Main samjhaata hoon ki kaise aap adultery ko ground banakar divorce file kar sakte hain aur agar aapke paas saboot hain toh aapko maintenance bhi nahi dena padega. Kanoon ko samjhein, gusse ko nahi.
Ghar se bhaag kar shaadi karna Article 21 ke tehat aapka adhikaar hai, lekin sirf tab jab ladki ki umar 18 saal se zyada ho. Agar ladki minor hai, toh ladke par POCSO Act ke tehat gambhir kaaryavahi ho sakti hai, jisme bail milna bhi mushkil hai. Kanoon ko jaankar hi koi kadam uthayein.
Agar aapke husband ka extra-marital affair hai, toh aapke paas kya kanooni adhikaar hain? Adultery ab criminal offence nahi hai, lekin aap isko ground banakar divorce le sakti hain. Main aapko batata hoon ki kaise aap maintenance, alimony, aur bachchon ki custody bhi claim kar sakti hain.
Domestic violence ka matlab sirf maarpit nahi hota. Roz ke taane, emotional blackmail, aur mansik pratadna bhi iske daayre mein aate hain. Main aapko Domestic Violence Act 2005 ke section 12 ke baare mein batata hoon, jo aisi pidit mahilaon ko suraksha deta hai.
Agar aapke husband ne aapse chhupa kar doosri shaadi kar li hai, toh aapko ghabrane ki zaroorat nahi hai. Naye kanoon, Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita ke section 82 ke tehat, aap unhe 7 saal tak ke liye jail bhej sakti hain. Iske alawa aap compensation, maintenance aur divorce bhi file kar sakti hain.
Pyaar ya apraadh? Agar aapki girlfriend ki umar 18 saal se kam hai, toh uski 'consent' kanoon ki nazar mein koi mayne nahi rakhti. Aise mein physical relation banana POCSO Act ke tehat ek gambhir jurm hai, jisme bail milna bhi mushkil hai. Is video ko un dosto ke saath share karein jinhe iski jaankari honi chahiye.
Shaadi pandit ji karwate hain, toh talaq court mein kyon hota hai? Main is aam sawaal ka jawab deta hoon. Shaadi ek dharmik sanskar hai jo register hone ke baad kanooni daayre mein aa jaati hai. Isliye, jab koi vivaad hota hai, toh court ek mediator ki tarah kaam karta hai taaki kisi ka haq na maara jaye.
Agar aap apni wife ko kisi aur ke saath hotel mein pakad lete hain, toh kanoon haath mein na lein. Maarpit karne par woh aapke upar hi FIR kar sakti hain. Iska sahi samadhan hai divorce. Main aapko mutual consent aur contested divorce ke options ke baare mein batata hoon.
Valentine's Day par dhyaan rakhein. Agar aap shaadi ka jhootha vaada karke kisi ladki ke saath physical relation banate hain, toh naye kanoon BNS ke section 69 ke tehat aapko 10 saal tak ki saza ho sakti hai. Pyaar karein, dhokha nahi.
Inter-caste marriage karne par sarkaar se 2.5 lakh rupaye kaise mil sakte hain? Main aapko Dr. Ambedkar Scheme for Social Integration ke baare mein batata hoon. Iske liye kya conditions hain aur apply karne ka process kya hai, sab jaaniye is video mein.
