Cyber Crime Aur Online Suraksha
Digital duniya mein darr aur scams se aapko bachana mera kaam hai. Agar aap cyber harassment ya fraud ka shikaar hue hain, toh ghabrane ki zaroorat nahi hai, kanoon aapke saath hai.
Secretly recording women, passing comments, and stalking are not romantic gestures; they are serious crimes. I explain the legal provisions under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (Sections 77, 78, 79) and the IT Act that can lead to imprisonment for up to 5 years for such acts of voyeurism and harassment.
Using abusive language or posting obscene content on social media for cheap fame can land you in serious legal trouble. Section 296 of the BNS and Section 67 of the IT Act have provisions for jail time up to three years and a fine of up to ₹5 lakh. The law is watching.
Disrespecting any religion or religious figure is not just morally wrong but also a punishable offence. Freedom of speech does not give anyone the right to hurt religious sentiments. I explain why such acts are illegal and call for collective action to file FIRs against offenders.
There is a rising 'digital arrest' scam where fraudsters pose as police or CBI officers on video calls, claiming your child has been arrested with drugs. Do not panic or pay them. I explain how to handle this by immediately reporting the call to the cyber crime helpline number 1930.
If you receive a call from someone claiming to be a police officer who has arrested your relative and is demanding money, be alert. This is a common scam. Ask for their name, designation, and police station, and report the number to the cyber crime cell at 1930.
About Cyber Crime Aur Online Suraksha (Cyber Crime and Online Safety)

In scammers ke jhaanse mein na aayein, yeh bas paise nikalwane ke liye darr paida karte hain.
Cyber Crime Se Kaise Ladein

Kya Karein Agar Aap Victim Hain?
- Evidence Collect Karein: Sabhi screenshots, call recordings, aur chat history sambhal kar rakhein. Yeh court mein aapka sabse bada hathiyar hain.
- Immediate Reporting: Cyber crime helpline number 1930 par turant call karein.
- FIR Registration: Agar local police station complaint lene mein hichkicha raha hai, toh hum senior officers ko escalate karte hain ya court ka rasta apnate hain.
Darrna Nahi, Larna Hai
Scammers ka pura kaam darr par chalta hai. Woh police ki uniform pehen kar video call karenge, fake CBI office dikhayenge, par sach yeh hai ki asli police kabhi video call par paise nahi maangti. Agar aapko lagta hai ki koi aapko blackmail kar raha hai ya aapka naam kharab karne ki koshish kar raha hai, toh turant mujhse sampark karein. Main aapko bataunga ki kaise evidence-based legal action lekar inn offenders ko jail bhej sakte hain.
