Transforming ceremony spaces into intimate dinner venues in just four hours. Every table tells a story.

The transformation from pheras to reception. In just four hours, the ceremony space was converted into an elegant seated dinner for 190 guests, with long banquet tables, lush floral runners, and soft, romantic lighting.

The couple's first dance as husband and wife, surrounded by cold pyros. The reception stage was adorned with pastel florals, creating a dreamy and celebratory backdrop for this magical moment.

A view of the round table setup for the reception. The combination of high and low floral centerpieces, along with glowing candles, created a dynamic and intimate atmosphere for the guests.

The long banquet tables were set under the beautiful arches of the venue. The architecture itself became a key part of the decor, enhanced by the soft lighting and elegant tablescapes.

A close-up of the floral runner on the head table. A mix of hydrangeas, roses, and orchids in soft pastel shades created a lush, textured centerpiece that was both classic and stunning.

A quick video tour of the reception setup. It shows the transformation from the daytime ceremony to the elegant evening dinner, highlighting the seating arrangements, floral details, and romantic ambiance.

The tables were adorned with tall candelabras and lush floral arrangements. We used personalized place cards with the couple's photos, a small detail that the groom was very particular about to ensure a great guest experience.

Another look at the long banquet table, showcasing the intricate lace linen, the line of golden candelabras, and the abundant floral runner. The design was all about creating a feeling of timeless elegance and opulence.

About Elegant Receptions & Seated Dinners

The real challenge with a seated dinner isn't just the aesthetic, it is the clock. My team and I recently shifted a full Pheras setup into a formal sit-down dinner for 190 guests in just four hours. We handle the heavy lifting, moving furniture, re-aligning floral runners, and adjusting the lighting mood so your transition from ceremony to evening feels effortless.
