About Actor & Model Portfolios
When we shoot your portfolio, we are not spending the day in a stiff studio. We will meet at a park, an urban street, or a nature trail in Mumbai or Thane for a 3-hour session using natural, golden-hour light. You bring 3 or 4 outfits, and I handle the direction—giving you images that look like you, just with better lighting.
Building an actor or model portfolio is about creating a visual story that gets you noticed. Most casting directors want to see your actual face and range, not how well you can pose in a fancy studio. My process keeps things simple and honest.
What to Expect
We will shoot for 2 to 3 hours, which is enough time to get a variety of looks without you feeling exhausted. Since I work with natural light, we will plan the shoot around the golden hour to get that soft, flattering look on your skin. You are responsible for bringing 3 to 4 outfit changes that represent the different types of roles you want to play.
After the Shoot
I do not gatekeep the results. You will get 10 to 15 fully retouched, high-resolution images that are ready for your casting profile. Along with these, I provide a dump of all the good raw JPEG files (usually around 100 to 150 shots). This way, if you need a specific look later on, you have the raw material to go back to.
My Approach
If you are new to this, do not stress. I work with people of all experience levels. My job is to guide you on how to stand and move so you look comfortable, not like you are trying too hard. We keep the production mobile and efficient so you can focus on the camera.
