My work stems from my own journey—navigating heartbreak and realizing that the search for a partner is often a mirror for our own inner state. When I started Heart and Soul back in 2013, I wanted to create something different for singles in their 30s and 40s, especially in Mumbai. I saw too many people ticking boxes for a 'good rishta' while ignoring their own emotional needs.

How I Work

I act as a guide rather than just a matchmaker. My approach combines personal coaching with intentional partner searching. Here is the reality of the process:

• The Intake: We start with a 90-120 minute assessment where I map your personality, preferences, and patterns. This is where we identify if you are looking for a partner from a place of self-doubt or from a grounded space.
• The Search: I do not believe in public databases. I present candidates one by one, allowing us to discuss your feedback honestly after each meeting.
• The Support: Each full-service membership includes a communication coaching session. We work on tools to help you navigate dates with clarity, not anxiety.
