How We Manage Large Groups (100–200+ Pax)

Handling large-scale events in Bengaluru requires more than just choreography. It requires crowd control, high energy, and the right technical setup.

• The Three-Instructor Model: For groups larger than 50, I bring two additional assistants. This ensures visibility across the entire venue. If you are in the back row, you still have someone to watch and follow.
• The Format: We usually go for a Flash Mob style or a synchronized mass drill. These are high-impact and look incredible on video, making them perfect for internal company social media or event highlights.
• The Vibe: I incorporate company values or catchphrases into the routine to make it feel specific to your brand. It is not just dancing; it is a shared experience.

Practical Details for HR & Organizers

• Venue: We have worked in everything from office cafeterias and conference rooms to outdoor resort spaces. All we need is a cleared area and a sound system.
• Experience Level: Do not worry about people with 'two left feet.' My choreography is designed to be simple, catchy, and repetitive enough for everyone to catch on within minutes.
• Timeline: We typically need 90 to 120 minutes of engagement to get the team warmed up, teach the routine, and execute the final performance.
