Featured Celebrity Hairstyles & Editorial Glam
I don't do basic hair. My specialty is creating that 'who did your hair?' moment, whether you're heading to a red carpet event, a professional photoshoot, or just want to feel like the main character for the night. Here is a look at my favorite transformations.
This was such a special moment for me with my first personal celebrity client, the amazing Gauahar Khan. I created this super sleek, long braid and decorated it with delicate pearls for a look that was both powerful and elegant. It’s an honor to work with people who trust my vision.
For Kishu Shroff's feature in GQ Best Dressed, I went with these sharp, sculpted finger waves. This style is all about precision and gives a high fashion, almost vintage feel while still being modern. It’s a look that really shows off the structure and shine of the hair.
I love how this bubble braid turned out for a bridal shoot. It’s a modern take on a traditional look, and I used these beautiful studded accessories to highlight each section. This style is perfect for adding drama and detail, especially from the back.
This shot of Gauahar Khan shows the power of a great ponytail. I created a high, voluminous pony with lots of movement and bounce to match her incredible energy. It’s a classic glam hairstyle that always makes a statement on camera.
Here’s the full look for Juhi Godambe at the Elle Beauty Awards. I styled her hair in a sleek, high top knot to complement the sharp lines of her outfit. My goal is always to make sure the hair works with the entire look to create something unforgettable.
Getting Juhi Godambe ready for the iconic Dior fashion show in Mumbai was a dream. This video shows a bit of the process, from prepping her hair to the final stunning result on the runway. Being part of such a major fashion event is what I live for.
A classic top knot is always a good idea. I created this elegant and polished updo for Sherry Anand, which is perfect for any formal occasion. It’s a timeless hairstyle that is all about clean lines and sophistication.
This is what I mean by main character vibes. I gave Nidhi Sanghavi these gorgeous, loose beach waves that have so much life and movement. It’s a fun, effortless style that looks amazing in any setting, especially outdoors.
About Featured
Getting that camera-ready finish is all about how we prep. I don't just pin your hair up; I use specific volume-boosting techniques and premium products like Kérastase to make sure your style—whether it's a sleek ponytail or a textured bun—stays locked in and bounces exactly the way it should, even if you’re shooting under hot studio lights all day.
My approach is simple: hair has to complement the silhouette of your outfit, not fight it. Since I work across Mumbai—from high-fashion sets for Dior and GQ to private bridal events—I understand that your hairstyle needs to handle different environments.
My Styling Process
- For Sleek Looks: I rely on precision gels and pomades to ensure that 'glass hair' finish with zero flyaways. This is ideal for red-carpet ponytails or finger waves.
- For Editorial & Bridal: I specialize in structural integrity. If we are doing a bubble braid or a complex updo, I use invisible nets and high-grade pins to make sure the style remains secure while looking effortless.
- Volume & Texture: For beach waves or textured ponies, I focus on the crown area using strategic backcombing and professional tools like Dyson to create movement that lasts for hours.
I often work with clip-in extensions to add the thickness needed for dramatic braids or high-volume updos. If you're curious about what will work with your hair length or texture, send me a message with a photo of your outfit. We can figure out the look together.
