In my classes, we do not just talk theory. I track every single student’s progress in a personal record book where we document your journey from simple leaf strokes to complex bridal figures. This book stays with you, so you can see exactly how your cone control improves session by session, giving you the proof you need that you are ready for real skin practice.
My Approach to Learning
I believe in building a strong foundation. Whether you choose the Beginner Foundation Course or the full Professional Basic to Bridal program, my goal is the same: to help you stand on your own feet (apne pairon par khada hona).
What You Will Learn
- Cone Control: We spend significant time on pressure control—mastering the difference between thick and thin lines—which is the secret to clean, professional-looking mehndi.
- Essential Elements: From basic Arabic vines and paisleys to the complex shading required for Jhumkas, Kalash, and Shehnai patterns.
- Human Figures: For my advanced students, we focus on detailed sketching and the application of Dulha Dulhan (bride and groom) portraits.
The Class Experience
Classes are held offline in small groups of 5 to 10 students at my studio in Shaheen Bagh, Okhla. We use traditional floor seating, which keeps the environment relaxed and easy for long hours of practice. I give personal attention to every student, ensuring your hand positioning and grip are perfect before you move to skin. We learn, we practice, and we support each other.
