About Meet Chef Junior, Our Head Taster
We do not have fancy lab testing equipment because we have something better. Every single recipe, from our grain-free apple muffins to the crunchy liver cookies, is trial-tested by Junior. If he hesitates even for a second, we go back to the drawing board to tweak the ingredients. It keeps our standards high and his tummy very happy.
Why a Head Taster Matters
When we started Fresh Fetch, we realized that most store-bought kibble is a mystery. We wanted to change that by making food that we would be happy to eat ourselves. That is where Chef Junior comes in. As our resident Labrador, his nose is the ultimate quality control sensor. He has a simple job, but he takes it very seriously. If he does not love a recipe, it does not get sold.
Our Quality Process
Every batch we bake in our Indiranagar kitchen follows a strict set of rules:
- Human-Grade Ingredients: We source everything from local markets. If it is not fit for a human, it does not go into our doggie treats.
- No Preservatives: Our treats are baked in small batches to ensure they reach your home as fresh as possible.
- Trial Runs: Before any new product, like our pill-pockets or peanut butter jars, hits the website, Junior gets a sample. He tests the texture, the crunch, and the aroma.
