Learning to Fly: Flips & Somersaults

This is where the high-flying action happens. I teach everything from the basic front somersault to more advanced back handsprings and Webster flips, always with a focus on safety and proper technique. I provide hands-on support until each student has the confidence to fly on their own.

Mastering the Basics: Cartwheels & Walkovers

Every great gymnast starts with the fundamentals. In this section, you'll see how we teach foundational moves like cartwheels, round-offs, and walkovers. I focus on clean technique and body alignment to build a strong base for more advanced skills.

Upside Down World: Handstands & Drills

Handstands are a cornerstone of gymnastics, building incredible upper body strength, balance, and core control. I teach various drills, from wall-assisted holds to headstands and handstand walking, to help every child get comfortable being upside down.

The Power of Flexibility: Bends & Splits

Flexibility is just as important as strength in gymnastics. We work on it every day through safe and effective drills for backbends, bridges, and splits. I show students how to listen to their bodies while gently pushing their limits.

Karate & Self-Defense

Our camp also includes practical martial arts training to build discipline, focus, and confidence. Students learn strong stances, powerful kicks, and the respect that is central to karate. We celebrate their progress through belt grading exams.
