People think law is all stiff suits and grey walls. My world is a mix of Delhi High Court hearings, endless coffee at my desk, and protecting creative ideas behind the scenes.

A sunny day at the Supreme Court of India. Being a litigator means I am always ready to represent my clients in court.

Outside the Delhi High Court. My practice involves navigating various legal forums to achieve the best outcomes for those I represent.

A full-length shot of my court attire. Professionalism and preparation are key in the legal field.

A quick selfie after a successful day in court. Celebrating the small wins is an important part of the litigation journey.

An elevator selfie on a court day, carrying my case files. The life of a litigator is always on the move.

Another classic black and white lawyer's outfit. Dressing the part is the first step to feeling confident in court.

Focused at my desk, which is my command center. It might look messy, but it's an organized chaos of case files, research, and creative inspiration.

My desk setup, complete with legal books, a laptop, and endless paperwork. This is where strategies are formed and arguments are built.

A wider view of my office space, my sanctuary. The piles of paper represent the dedication I pour into each case.

Taking a moment in my office chair. The space is filled with legal texts and personal touches that make it my second home.

About A Day in the Life

My work usually falls into two distinct buckets. There is the courtroom side, where I handle litigation at the Delhi High Court and Supreme Court, and the office side, where I translate complex legal terminology into plain English for my creative clients. Whether we are drafting a contract or reviewing a trademark application, I make sure you understand the 'why' behind every clause.

Behind the Robes: The Reality of Fashion Law

My day rarely looks the same twice. Some days are spent arguing in court, and others are strictly behind the scenes—reviewing a brand's new influencer contract or helping a designer protect a logo trademark.

What my workdays involve:

  • Contractual Clarity: I spend hours turning complex legal jargon into plain English for my clients. Whether it is a retainer for a stylist or a licensing agreement for a photographer, my goal is to ensure you know exactly where you stand on payment terms and usage rights.
  • IP Strategy: From filing trademarks to defending copyrights, I handle the technical side so your brand remains yours. We figure out the right classification, like Class 25 for apparel or Class 35 for retail services, to ensure maximum coverage.
  • Dispute Resolution: Sometimes things go south, and we have to send a legal notice to recover dues or stop infringement. I handle the evidence gathering and the drafting, saving you the stress of confrontation.

Why this matters for your creative business:

You might think you can wait until a big problem happens to get legal advice, but that is a mistake. Most of the work I do is preventative—fixing contracts before they are signed and setting up business structures correctly from day one. Whether you are an influencer in Delhi or a fashion label anywhere in India, the principles of protection are the same. Reach out if you want to understand your legal standing before you sign your next big deal.
