Cheesecakes & Brownie Towers If you prefer something rich, my baked cheesecakes are dense and creamy. I offer styles ranging from boozy coffee to delicate, hand-painted cherry blossoms using palette knives. For larger parties or kids' events, a brownie tower is often a better choice than a cake.
