End-to-End Wedding Management
Pre-Wedding Phase
- Vendor Concierge: Sourcing and finalizing 5 key categories (Photo, Makeup, Catering, etc.) including contract review.
- Budget & Venue: Detailed tracker creation and liaison with venue for permissions and power.
- Hospitality: Room allocation lists for up to 50 rooms and transport logistics planning.
On-Ground Execution (2 Days)
- Manpower: 1 Senior Manager and 3 Coordinators on-site. Includes dedicated shadows for Bride and Groom.
- Coordination: Handling guest arrivals, ritual flows, and ensuring vendors follow the run-sheet.
- Guest Support: Help desk setup at the hotel lobby.
Essentials
- Communication: 6-8 Walkie-Talkies for internal team coordination.
- Emergency Kit: Safety pins, basic meds, and sewing kit carried by the bridal shadow.
- Digital RSVP: Setup and management of guest confirmations 15 days prior.
Signature Wedding & Reception Decor
Morning Muhurtham
- Mandap: 12x12 ft 4-pillar structure (Fiber carvings or Rustic wood) with fresh Marigold and Tuberose hangings.
- Ritual Setup: 2 Premium Haveli chairs, Havan Kund setup, and 6 brass pots lining the aisle.
- Backdrop: Fabric draping in satin or raw silk with a floral Ganesha centerpiece.
Evening Reception
- Grand Stage: 30ft to 40ft wide stage with a choice of Enchanted Garden or Royal Pastel themes.
- Floral Mix: 60:40 mix of high-quality silk flowers for volume and fresh blooms for touch-points.
- Tech & Furniture: 12 LED PAR cans, 4 Sharpies (Moving heads), and a 3-seater Louis VIP Sofa.
General Inclusions
- Entrance: 10x10 ft Welcome Gate matching the specific event theme.
- Flooring: Clean Red or Grey carpeting for stage, aisle, and entrance (up to 1000 sq ft).
Haldi & Mehendi Decor Package
Haldi Ceremony
- Backdrop: 10x8 ft setup featuring dense marigold strings and mango leaves.
- Seating: 2 Large Brass Urlis or a decorated Swing (Jhoola) for the couple.
- Props: Includes one large prop like a rustic bullock cart or vintage bicycle with floral baskets.
Mehendi & Sangeet
- Ambiance: Colorful tent-style fabric draping (Pink/Orange/Green) with hanging umbrellas or lanterns.
- Lounge: 4-5 semi-circular zones with floor mattresses and vibrant bolster cushions.
- Entertainment: Quirky photobooth station with placards and a standard PA sound system (2 speakers + mic).
Extras
- Bridal Accessories: Fresh floral jewelry set (Maang tikka, necklace, wristlets).
- Shower: 2-3 kg of loose rose petals provided for the flower shower moment.
