Our Featured Design Projects and Transformations
A look at the spaces we have built, from the first 3D render to the final reveal.
This is what it takes to turn a 6,200 sq ft bare shell into a luxury office. We were asked to create the best office anyone has ever seen, and this transformation shows how we bring that vision to life, from the initial chaos of construction to a stunning, finished lobby.
The reception area is the first impression of your company. For this Kolkata office, we designed a calm, sophisticated lobby using a fluted green marble desk, patterned flooring, and an abstract armchair to create a welcoming yet impressive entrance for visitors.
An open and collaborative workspace is key to a modern office. This render shows how we design ergonomic workstation layouts that feel light and practical for daily use, with glass partitions and wood tones to maintain an airy, connected atmosphere.
A private cabin should be both a workspace and a retreat. In this design, we used a statement green marble desk, a sculptural light fixture, and warm wood shelving to create a leadership space that feels powerful, personal, and comfortable for a long day's work.
Office design goes beyond desks. It's about creating spaces for people to connect and recharge. This render of an office café features light wood, patterned floors, and modern lighting to create a relaxed vibe for proper downtime.
A successful project starts with a solid plan. Before any work begins on site, we establish clear systems, from marking out every dimension on the floors and walls to placing detailed drawings in each room. This disciplined process ensures everyone is aligned and the project runs smoothly.
It was an absolute pleasure to have David Kohler, the chairman of Kohler, visit our new office. We discussed our shared Duke University roots and our journeys in the design world. Moments like these reinforce our passion for what we do and the incredible relationships we build along the way.
About this collection
A great space starts long before the paint dries. Whether we are transforming a bare 6,200 sq ft office shell or redesigning a private cabin, I rely on detailed 3D renders and precise wall-to-wall dimension marking to show you exactly how your room will function. This way, we eliminate the guesswork and ensure your office looks and feels exactly as planned.
Designing an office is about creating a place where your team actually wants to be. My approach is simple: keep it calm, keep it open, and keep it functional. When you look at these projects, you will see a consistent thread of warm wood tones, clean lines, and intentional lighting that makes even a large workspace feel personal.
The Kolkata Office Project
We recently took on a 4,500 sq ft project in Kolkata, which you can see in these visuals. The goal was to balance hierarchy and collaboration. In the reception area, we used green marble to tie the space together, creating a welcoming entrance that makes a statement without being loud. We applied the same thoughtful planning to the private cabins and the office cafe, ensuring that every corner has a purpose and a soft, relaxed vibe.
My Design Process
Scaling a design business across cities like Mumbai, Kolkata, and Dubai is not magic. It is just systems. Before we start any site work, I ensure we have:
- Comprehensive books with every drawing.
- Dimensions marked directly on the walls and floors.
- Ceiling heights clearly mapped out.
- Material samples approved and labeled.
This level of detail helps us manage projects smoothly, even when I am not on-site every single day. If you are looking for an office that works as hard as you do, let’s talk about your project.
