I do not believe in rigid scripts. I work by reading the room, mixing Kannada, Hindi, and English to bridge the gap between the speakers on stage and the audience in the back. Whether I am keeping 1,300 people moving at a marathon or facilitating a tense team-building session, my job is to be the energy connector, not just an announcer.
You might see me on stage with a corporate executive one day and in the middle of a vibrant Sangeet the next. That is intentional. I am obsessed with the dynamic between the person with the mic and the crowd in front of them.
My approach is built on three pillars:
- Multilingual Connection: Bengaluru is a melting pot. I seamlessly switch between English, Hindi, Kannada, and Telugu. This is not just about translation. It is about making sure the grandmother in the front row and the young professional in the back both feel spoken to.
- The 'No-Script' Method: While I prepare for every protocol, I do not stick to a written script. Events change. Technical glitches happen. Schedules run late. I thrive in that chaos, using ad-libbing to keep the mood celebratory and the audience engaged while the team fixes the tech.
- Active Engagement: I have hosted events ranging from Microsoft conferences to large-scale charity walks like CRY's Walk to EmpowHER. In every instance, my goal is to facilitate interaction, not just provide commentary. I want your guests to participate in the event, not just observe it.
