Here is a glimpse of the AMI Annual Day R&R ceremony. The event was a mix of formal awards, confetti-filled celebrations for the Employee of the Year, and vibrant dance performances to keep the energy high throughout the night.
A behind the scenes moment from the Union Bank Achiever Awards, held in collaboration with Bajaj Allianz. It's an honor to be surrounded by so many trophies, each one representing the hard work and dedication of the awardees I get to celebrate on stage.
Hosting the CUB Achievers Forum in Mysore was a fantastic experience. The event, in association with Bajaj Allianz, featured a 'Wall of Fame' for the achievers and mesmerizing LED light performances, creating a truly memorable evening of recognition.
The stage is set for the BASF Golden Petals Awards at the beautiful Taj Madikeri Resort in Coorg. As the host, I engage with the audience directly, running fun competitions between tables to build excitement before the main awards ceremony begins.
About this collection
It is not just about reading names off a teleprompter. I focus on the transition, moving the crowd from formal protocol to pure celebration with interactive games, team challenges, and perfectly timed music cues.
Hosting an Awards & Recognition gala is a unique challenge.
