Here is a glimpse of the AMI Annual Day R&R ceremony. The event was a mix of formal awards, confetti-filled celebrations for the Employee of the Year, and vibrant dance performances to keep the energy high throughout the night.
A behind the scenes moment from the Union Bank Achiever Awards, held in collaboration with Bajaj Allianz. It's an honor to be surrounded by so many trophies, each one representing the hard work and dedication of the awardees I get to celebrate on stage.
Hosting the CUB Achievers Forum in Mysore was a fantastic experience. The event, in association with Bajaj Allianz, featured a 'Wall of Fame' for the achievers and mesmerizing LED light performances, creating a truly memorable evening of recognition.
The stage is set for the BASF Golden Petals Awards at the beautiful Taj Madikeri Resort in Coorg. As the host, I engage with the audience directly, running fun competitions between tables to build excitement before the main awards ceremony begins.

Hosting an Awards & Recognition gala is a unique challenge. My process for R&R events includes:

- The Flow: I manage the music cues, walk-in anthems, and award stings to ensure the momentum never drops.
- Multilingual Connection: I host in English, Hindi, and Tamil, ensuring that everyone in the room, from leadership to the latest awardees, feels included and recognized.
- Crowd Interaction: I don't just stay on stage. I believe in off-stage engagement, capturing those candid selfies and getting soundbites from the winners to make the moment truly theirs.
I understand that corporate events often involve high stakes and VIP presence. I pride myself on maintaining professional decorum during speeches and formal segments, then shifting gears instantly to keep the energy electric for the dance floor.
