On-Site Rehearsals
- Duration: 7 to 10 days of dedicated rehearsals at your location (Home or Banquet).
- Staffing: 2 Assistant Choreographers for daily practice plus Lead Choreographer visits for final polishing.
Event Day Execution
- Stage Management: A team of 2-3 crew members to manage lineups, entry/exits, and cueing.
- Console Coordination: Syncing cues with the DJ and Light technicians during the show.
- Tech Rehearsal: One dry run on the main stage to check dimensions and spacing.
