Many parents ask if I just set up balloons, but I handle the entire visual transformation of your venue. Whether you want a specific character theme like Paw Patrol or a custom color palette, I manage the backdrops, kid-sized furniture, and layout so the setup is safe for the children and looks great for your photos.
I specialize in building fully immersive themed environments. When we pick a theme, I look beyond the basics. For a jungle safari party, we use tropical leaves and earth tones, while a Frozen party gets a crisp blue, silver, and white treatment with icy castle accents. Every theme, whether it is an astronaut-inspired space mission or a Hogwarts-themed celebration, gets a custom backdrop using 200 to 500 balloons and carefully placed props.
My process involves more than just decoration. I coordinate the delivery of heavy fiberglass props, manage the balloon rigging, and set up the cake stage, which is usually the focal point of the party. I know that in Delhi and Gurgaon, the biggest hurdle is often the tight timeline, so I arrive 3 to 5 hours before the start to ensure everything is perfect. If an outdoor bouncy castle or specific character mascot is part of your plan, I handle that vendor coordination too.
