About Festive & Spiritual Occasions
When planning a spiritual or festive event, the difference is often in the fresh florals and the layout. I personally oversee the placement of every marigold garland and fabric drape to ensure your home feels sacred or celebratory, not crowded. We arrive hours before to ensure fresh flowers are set up correctly, so everything looks perfect by the time your first guest arrives.
Transforming your home for a festival or a spiritual ceremony requires a specific approach that balances aesthetics with tradition. For events like a Ramayan Path or a Jai Guruji Satsang, I focus on creating a peaceful focal point using soft drapes, fresh tuberose, and marigold garlands. The seating layout is planned carefully to accommodate guests comfortably while maintaining the sanctity of the altar or portrait area.
For festive celebrations like Holi or Lohri, the energy is different. Here, I use vibrant fabric architecture, traditional brass props, and customized backdrops. A popular choice is the Rajasthani umbrella wall, which provides a colorful background for photos without taking up too much floor space.
My process for these events typically follows a 2 to 3 hour installation window. This is enough time for my team to rig drapes, place fresh flowers, and set up your photo booth or puja stage. Since I handle projects across Delhi and Gurgaon, I am well-acquainted with the logistics of setting up in various home environments, from lawns to indoor living rooms. My goal is to handle the heavy lifting of the setup, giving you the time to prepare for your guests.
