Festival Warm-Up & Support Act
Performance Scope
- Duration: Performance time of 90 to 120 minutes.
- Slot Timing: Designed for Daytime (12 PM - 4 PM) or Sundowner (5 PM - 7 PM) slots.
- Role: Opener/Support Act. Builds energy from a relaxed state to a party state to prepare the crowd for the headliner.
- Music: Open-format energetic mix focusing on Commercial, Retro, and lighter Bollywood. suitable for day-drinking or Holi color-play.
Artist Specs
- Setup: "Plug & Play" service. Artist provides headphones and music source (USB/Laptop).
- Interaction: Moderate microphone usage for announcements and crowd engagement.
- Visuals: Can provide looped logo visuals or motion graphics if the venue has LED screens.
Requirements (Client Scope)
- Equipment: Organizer must provide 2x Pioneer CDJ 2000 NXS2 (or similar), 1x DJM 900 NXS2 Mixer, and Booth Monitors.
- Sound: Full Front-of-House PA system required.
Prime-Time Headliner & AV Set
Performance Scope
- Duration: Extended set of 3 to 4 hours.
- Slot Timing: Prime Time (8 PM onwards). Peak energy slot to keep the dance floor packed.
- Genre: High-energy mix of Bollywood, Punjabi, and EDM Fusion.
- Specialization: Includes curation for specific themes like Dandiya/Garba beats or Holi Bhangra.
Audio-Visual & Interaction
- Video DJing: If screens are available, music videos and custom visuals are synced live with the audio tracks.
- MCing: High levels of microphone engagement (hype-man role) to coordinate crowd waves and jump-a-thons.
- Requests: Active management of crowd requests while maintaining set flow.
Exclusions
- Production: Organizers must provide complete sound setup, stage lighting, and LED walls for AV content.

Performance Scope
- Duration: Marathon set capability of 4 to 5 hours (e.g., 8:00 PM to 1:00 AM).
- Midnight Moment: Precision coordination for countdowns. Manages music fade-out, announcements, and the "power track" drop at 12:00 AM synced with fireworks.
- Flow: Structured journey from lounge/welcome vibes to peak-hour hysteria.
Stage Management
- Collaboration: Experience performing alongside live acts (Percussionists, Dhol Players, Singers). Manages console transitions between acts.
- Showmanship: High-energy stage presence tailored for ticketed events with 1000+ attendees.
Logistics
- Exclusivity: Fee guarantees date blocking for prime days (e.g., Dec 31st).
- Hospitality: Requires dedicated green room and F&B for the artist and 1 tech assistant.
- Tech: Sound, Light, and Stage setup are strictly excluded and must be provided by the organizer.
