About Meet Ajay: The Vibe Curator
I’m not the guy who just hits play on a pre-made Spotify list. When you hire me, I read the room in real-time. Whether it’s a high-energy Sangeet or an intimate cocktail night, I lock into the crowd’s energy, mixing Bollywood bangers with Punjabi beats and Afro House to keep the floor packed. My approach is simple: I handle the music, you focus on the party.
When I step behind the console, my goal is to build a narrative for the night. I don't work with fixed playlists because every crowd is different. I watch who is dancing, which tracks get the biggest reactions, and how the energy shifts from the start of the event to the final drop.
I bring a blend of industry-standard Pioneer CDJ 3000 hardware and a deep library of Bollywood, Punjabi, and Afro-House to every event. If the crowd needs a lift, I transition into those heavy bass-drop tracks; if we are feeling more soulful, I pull in some smooth grooves.
Collaboration is a huge part of my set. I often jam with live percussionists or a saxophonist to create a multi-layered sound that you just don't get from a solo DJ. I’ve played everywhere from the forts of Jaipur to intimate rooftop venues in Delhi, and I know how to adapt my setup to fit the venue's acoustic profile.
What you get is a professional, high-energy experience. I arrive early, manage the sound tech, and handle the MC duties so your event flow is seamless. You won't find me stuck in the corner. I am there to hype the guests, feed off the energy, and make sure the night stays lit.
