If it is a slower, emotional part of the night, I lower the energy intentionally. When it is time for the peak, I bring the noise, often collaborating with percussionists or dhol players for that raw, live feel. I am a Palmexpo Champion, and I bring that technical discipline to every set. I use industry-standard gear like the CDJ 2000NXS2 to ensure the transitions are tight and the sound is crisp, so the only thing you need to worry about is dancing.
