Project Spotlight: From Warehouse to Vibrant Co-Living

We believe every old building has potential. This project, Earthen Spirit, shows how we transformed an obsolete warehouse into a bustling co-living space with a gym and cafeteria. We focused on adding functional, beautiful spaces by introducing a new roof structure for natural light and a grand staircase to open up the interior volume.

Our Philosophy: Sustainable Materials & Methods

Our design process is rooted in sustainability. We prioritize the use of natural, earth-based materials and give old items a new purpose. This includes using unburnt earth blocks for walls that breathe, repurposing doors and windows from demolished homes, and designing for natural light to reduce energy consumption.

Large-Scale Industrial Renovation

We apply our principles of sustainability and adaptive reuse to projects of all sizes, including large industrial facilities. For the Fanuc India factory, we provided architecture and interior design solutions that won an award for sustainability. Our work proves that factories can be both highly functional and environmentally conscious.
