AD100 Award-Winning Interior Design Philosophy

My design practice has always been about more than aesthetics. It is a dialogue between the old and the new, the seen and the felt. Over the past 15 years, traveling to places with deep historical roots has shaped my philosophy. I have learned to appreciate the slow process of working with local karigars (artisans) and the impact of hand-painted details on a room's character.

Why Design by Feeling Matters

When I work on a project, we start with honest conversations. I want to understand your daily rhythm, what makes you smile, and what kind of sanctuary you need after a long day. This is how we move away from generic setups toward something that feels like an extension of yourself.

A Versatile Approach

My work spans a variety of needs, each requiring a different sensitivity:

• Heritage Renovation: Here, I focus on preserving the soul of the structure while making it livable for today.
• Vanity Van Design: These projects are an exercise in extreme functionality, fitting a home’s worth of comfort into less than 80 sq. ft. without losing the personal touch.
• Residential and Office Interiors: These spaces rely on mixing your existing pieces with new finds, creating a narrative that feels lived-in and authentic.
