Advanced Laser Skin Treatments
I use advanced laser technology, including the AdvaTx and Q-Switched systems, to address skin concerns at their root. My focus is on restoring your skin health without damaging your barrier.
Coming soon to my clinic: Adva Bright and Adva Clear. These are two signature protocols of the AdvaTx laser, designed to target pigmentation and acne respectively, for total skin transformation.
The AdvaTx laser is a mark of quality and safety, with over 25 FDA/CE cleared indications for treating a wide variety of skin conditions, from acne and rosacea to wrinkles and scars.
This image shows the AdvaTx in a clinical setting. It is the world's only medical solid-state laser that produces both 589nm and 1319nm wavelengths for comprehensive skin rejuvenation.
This graphic lists the extensive benefits of the AdvaTx laser, which includes removing hyperpigmentation, sun damage, acne scars, warts, and fine lines, offering complete facial rejuvenation.
Experience the power of rejuvenation with AdvaTx. Here, a patient undergoes the non-invasive laser treatment, which targets signs of aging to leave skin smoother and more revitalized.
Targeting pigmentation requires advanced technology. The AdvaTx system allows me to precisely address the vascular and inflammatory causes of melasma and other pigmentary disorders.
This image visualizes the science behind the AdvaTx laser. Its dual wavelengths advance skin health by targeting issues deep within the dermis for comprehensive, lasting improvement.
Why does treating inflammation matter? Chronic, low-grade inflammation is a root cause of uneven skin tone, texture loss, and premature aging, a process known as "inflammaging".
How does AdvaTx help? Its advanced dual-wavelength technology reduces inflammation and supports collagen, treating the root cause of skin issues, not just the symptoms.
Unlike aggressive fractional CO2 lasers that can damage the epidermis, my approach prioritizes your skin's health. I choose technologies that preserve the delicate skin microbiome.
About Advanced Laser Treatments
Choosing a laser treatment can be confusing because many conventional methods are aggressive and risk damaging your skin microbiome. I prioritize technologies like the AdvaTx laser, which allows me to target the vascular causes of pigmentation and inflammation without surface trauma. This provides effective results for acne marks, rosacea, and dullness with significantly less downtime than older fractional laser procedures.
My approach to laser therapy at the clinic in Safdarjung Enclave is strictly non-invasive and goal-oriented. The AdvaTx system is a cornerstone of my practice because it produces two distinct wavelengths simultaneously: 589nm and 1319nm. The yellow light (589nm) specifically targets blood vessels and inflammation, which are often the hidden drivers of melasma and persistent acne. The infrared light (1319nm) penetrates deeper to stimulate collagen production and shrink oil glands, helping to improve overall skin texture.
For those concerned with sun tanning or general dullness, I utilize Q-Switched Nd:YAG laser toning. This technology effectively breaks down superficial pigment and improves radiance without the need for intense recovery periods. Unlike older fractional CO2 lasers that can compromise the epidermis, my selected protocols are designed to protect your skin's natural defenses.
When you come in for a consultation, we do not just apply a laser pass and send you home. We assess your skin's specific needs—whether it is acne scarring, vascular redness, or age-related pigment—and build a treatment plan that ensures long-term skin health. You will find that these procedures are comfortable, requiring only standard sun protection and a gentle recovery routine to maintain your results.
