I once dreamt of making a cake so tall I'd need a ladder to finish it. This 5-foot, all-gold surprise cake, created in under 24 hours, made that dream a reality. It shows the scale and ambition my team and I bring to every project, no matter the deadline.

Why should a cake just sit there? I designed this cascading chandelier cake to make a grand entrance, descending from the ceiling to become the centerpiece of the celebration. It’s more than a dessert; it’s an unforgettable experience.

This project was a masterclass in logistics and planning. We transported this 60-kilo Paw Patrol cake setup from my Mumbai studio to Jamnagar for a VVIP client. It proves that no destination is too far and no vision is too big for us to handle.

I need at least a few weeks of lead time for these kinetic designs because I am literally building mechanical armatures and stability structures to make the magic happen safely.

My approach is simple: I do not just bake, I build. Whether it is a five-foot gold-leafed structure or a cake that spins, the process starts with a blank canvas and ends with a piece of structural art. I have developed techniques for gravity-defying cakes, kinetic carousels, and peekaboo designs that are now widely recognized across the industry. For these complex projects, I rely on internal armatures, which are custom-built support systems that ensure your cake remains stable, even during long-distance travel. We have successfully transported 60-kilo setups from Mumbai to Jamnagar, and the precision required for that kind of transit is just as critical as the flavor profiles inside the sponge. I prefer fondant-free finishes, using premium white chocolate ganache or buttercream to keep the taste sophisticated.
