How We Build Your Jacket

I do not do ready-made. Everything starts with your measurements and your choice of fabric at my shop in Gaur World Smart Street Mall, Greater Noida.

The Fabric & Feel I have over 50 shades of denim available, ranging from classic indigo to heavy-duty 12oz options. If you prefer texture, I work with premium wide-wale corduroy that offers a different look and better warmth for the season. For bomber jackets, I use durable materials with quilted polyester or flannel linings to make sure it holds up in the cold.

Your Design, My Stitch You bring the idea. It could be a sketch, a photo, or a description of a jacket you saw somewhere. We sit down, select the buttons or zippers—whether you want shank buttons for a trucker style or a metal zip for a bomber—and I take your full body measurements.

The Construction I avoid the limitations of factory-standard patterns. If you need longer sleeves, wider shoulders, or specific pocket placements, I adjust the pattern accordingly. The process takes time because I pay attention to every seam, but you get a jacket that is truly yours, not just another piece from a shelf.
