Since every piece is hand-knitted by our grandmothers, we don't have a factory line. You provide your bust, waist, and length measurements when ordering, and we start knitting your sweater from scratch. It takes a little more time than machine-made clothes, but you get a garment that actually fits your frame and matches your personal style.
How We Make Your Sweater
Every sweater or cardigan in this collection is a result of patience and practice. Our grandmothers use premium 4-ply yarn to ensure the final piece is soft, cozy, and holds its shape. We focus on two main styles here:
- Classic Knits: Understated, elegant pieces that work perfectly for office wear or layering under a coat.
- Chunky Granny Squares: Fun, vibrant, and bold designs. These are our statement pieces that celebrate the traditional art of the granny square.
Customization & Fit
We believe fashion should fit you, not the other way around. Because we are a made-to-order brand, you have complete control over the final product. Want a cropped length instead of regular? Prefer a different color palette for your checkerboard pattern? Just let us know. Our dadis and nanis can adjust the yarn colors and sizing to your specific preferences.
Care & Longevity
Handmade items are delicate, and we want yours to last for years. We recommend hand-washing your sweaters in cold water with mild detergent and laying them flat to dry. This helps maintain the tension of the stitches and keeps the colors vibrant. Since each piece is made by different artisans, slight variations in stitch tension are natural and part of the handmade charm. No two sweaters will ever be exactly identical.
