About The Dream Team: Behind the Scenes

Most people see the final performance, but the real work happens on the ground during our full dress rehearsals. We conduct these the night before every show to calibrate our RTK base stations for centimeter-level positioning, ensuring our Swastik Quadcopters fly with absolute stability. When you watch a perfect 3D formation, you are seeing hours of troubleshooting, custom algorithm programming, and team collaboration in action.

Our engineering process starts long before the drones take off. We operate a fleet of over 10,000 indigenous drones, all built and programmed in-house. Safety is our non-negotiable priority, so every show involves rigorous pre-flight checks, including securing NOTAM clearances and establishing dual-redundancy communication links to prevent any signal loss.

The Tech Behind the Sky

We don't just fly gadgets. We use high-luminosity RGBW drones that allow us to paint the night with complex 3D animations and holographic depth effects. Whether we are executing 2D typography for a corporate launch or animating intricate cultural motifs for a festival, the precision is driven by proprietary algorithms that sync every movement to the millisecond.

Our Process

  1. Concept & Storyboarding: We start with your vision, turning your brand story or event theme into a 3D simulation video provided two weeks before the show.
  2. Programming: Our team of engineers encodes the flight paths, ensuring the performance is perfectly timed to your chosen music or voiceover.
  3. On-Site Setup: We deploy our team for the dress rehearsal, mapping the site and confirming that every drone is charged and communicating with our ground stations.
  4. Execution: Our pilots and engineers monitor the performance in real-time, ready to swap out any unit if needed from our 10% on-standby backup fleet.

By blending indigenous hardware with software-driven art, we ensure every show, from simple 300-drone displays to 1,000+ drone summits, delivers an identical level of brilliance.

We are a team of IIT engineers who decided to paint the sky with light instead of code on a screen. From our Jamnagar projects to the skies over Kuwait, we treat every event not just as a job, but as a chance to write a new story in the stars.
