- Sync: Precision synchronization of light and movement to client audio tracks.
On-Site Technical
- Positioning: Installation of local beacons (UWB/Visual Slam) to create a flight zone without GPS.
- Team: 1 Flight Commander, 1 Network Engineer, and 2 Safety Spotters.
- Prerequisites: Requires 4-6 hours of dark time (no stage activity) for sensor calibration.

Visual Output
- Fleet Size: 50 to 80 indoor swarm drones.
- Capabilities: Forms recognizable 3D objects (Globe, Trophy, Heart), rotating logos, and scrolling short text (3-4 letters at a time).
- Resolution: High density spacing to create solid-looking lines and recognizable branding.
Production Pipeline

- Approvals: High-resolution video renders of the show provided for stakeholder sign-off.
- Testing: One Full Dress Rehearsal (FDR) on location to verify sightlines.

- Interference: Includes spectrum analysis of the venue to ensure Wi-Fi/Microwaves do not jam signals.
- Crew: Extended crew including a dedicated Battery Manager for rapid turnover.

Scale & Fidelity
- Fleet Size: 100 to 150 high-performance indoor drones.
- Animation: High-density formations allowing for complex morphing (e.g., flower blooming into a logo) and longer text strings.
- Multi-Cluster: Ability to split the swarm into separate groups interacting across a large stage.

My Story
We kicked off as a bunch of IIT engineers who thought, why not paint the sky with drones? Now, we’re flying 10,000+ drones and have smashed five Guinness records.
