About Behind the Scenes: Our Team at Work
People see the finished match, but we live in the logistics that make it safe. Whether it is coordinating the movement of 36,000 food boxes for ESA Day or syncing pyro triggers for a goal celebration, our work is about managing technical risk so the crowd never notices the effort. We operate with a fail-safe mindset where every LED perimeter and broadcast lighting sync is tested hours before the first ball is bowled.
Our operations start long before the event date. We manage the entire stadium lifecycle, from initial venue survey and CAD layouts to the final breakdown. Our DNA Army of over 150 personnel handles everything from crowd control protocols and accreditation zones to the technical integration of ribbon boards and jumbotrons.
When we take on a stadium, we treat it as an active production set. This means we are responsible for the sterilized flow of players from bus to pitch, the exact luminosity of studio-grade lighting during player auctions, and the seamless integration of broadcast audio feeds. We have built our own proprietary bidding software for player auctions to ensure zero latency during high-stakes telecasts.
We do not just supply equipment; we manage the show direction. This involves calling the shots on comms to synchronize fireworks, CO2 jets, and light shows with live action. We know that in sport, the timing of a celebration or a technical transition can define the fan experience. That is why we focus on redundancy, including backup power, redundant servers, and a deep roster of technical staff ready to handle last-minute logistics in any city.
