Romantic Cabana Dinner for Two
Structure & Lighting
- Cabana Setup: A rectangular frame or Teepee structure draped with sheer cream or white fabrics to create a private enclosure.
- Neon Signage: Includes one mounted sign (e.g., "Better Together" or "Love") on the backdrop.
- Mood Lighting: 15+ LED candles (pillar and tea lights) and warm white fairy lights strung extensively around the structure.
Floral Design
- Fresh Flowers: Dense arrangements using approximately 200 to 300 stems of fresh red roses mixed with baby's breath.
- Placement: Styled as a table runner and lush ground clusters near the seating area.
Dining Experience
- Furniture: Option of low-seating (rugs, cushions, low table) OR a standard fine-dining table with two chairs.
- Tableware: Complete set for two including gold/silver rimmed charger plates, porcelain dinner plates, premium cutlery, and crystal wine goblets.
Logistics
- Service: Delivery, on-site styling, and retrieval of all decor items within Bangalore city limits.
- Duration: Rental of props for up to 4 hours.
Signature Birthday Photo Wall & Cake Display
Backdrop & Balloons
- Main Wall: An 8ft x 8ft Shimmer/Sequin Wall (Gold, Silver, Black, etc.) OR a customized painted arch panel.
- Balloon Garland: A heavy, organic-style garland draping over the backdrop using chrome or pastel matte balloons (no standard latex).
- Accents: Integration of artificial floral sprays or pampas grass within the balloon arrangement.
Props & Lighting
- Marquee Numbers: Two large LED light-up numbers (3ft or 4ft tall) placed on the floor.
- Neon Sign: One trendy neon sign (e.g., "Let's Party") hung on the backdrop.
- Cake Plinths: Set of 3 cylindrical podiums or wire-frame tables for displaying the cake and desserts.
- Flooring: Matching carpet or rug to define the photo area.

- Overhead Build: A custom wooden A-frame or truss system erected specifically over the dining area to support lighting and hanging decor.
- Tables: Long wooden Farmhouse tables joined to create a 12 to 15 ft communal dining surface.
- Chairs: Up to 15 premium wooden cross-back or cushioned armchairs.
Floral & Lighting
- Ceiling Decor: Cascading artificial wisteria, vines, or fresh greens hanging from the overhead structure.
- Table Runner: A continuous 12ft fresh flower arrangement (roses, hydrangeas, chrysanthemums) running the length of the table.
- Lighting: Suspended warm-white Edison filament bulbs hanging from the structure and votive candles along the table.
Tableware
- Full Setting: Complete place settings for 15 guests including ceramic plates, premium cutlery (Fork, Knife, Spoon), water goblets, wine glasses, and linen napkins.
- Manpower: Includes a team of 3 to 4 staff for specialized setup and dismantling.
