How I Build Your Theme

I work by blending three main elements to create a cohesive character party: the backdrop, the balloon garland, and the props.

1. The Backdrop: This is the focal point. I offer options ranging from a standard 6ft ring with a flex print to a 3-panel U-shaped arch. For a more premium look, I use shimmer walls that catch the light, making the character cutouts pop.

2. Balloon Styling: I don't just put up random balloons. I use organic garlands with a mix of pastel, chrome, and standard colors to match your chosen character's palette. For popular themes like Baby Shark or Mickey Mouse, I include foil accents to tie everything together.

3. Character Elements: Every setup includes high-quality sunboard cutouts of the characters. These are placed strategically around the stage area to create an immersive feel for the kids.

Practical Details for Your Party

• Setup Time: For standard home rings, I need 45 to 60 minutes. Premium setups with shimmer walls or cabanas can take 2.5 to 3 hours. I usually arrive well before the party starts to ensure everything is ready.
• Venue Requirements: I work across Bengaluru in homes, gardens, and banquet halls. If you are hosting outdoors, please ensure there is an electrical point nearby for the neon signs or marquee lights I use.
• Customization: If you want to mix themes or have a specific character that is hard to find, tell me in advance. I can source custom props and prints to match your vision, provided I have enough lead time to prepare the materials.
