Traditional Indian Mehndi Patterns
Classic jaal designs, peacocks, and floral motifs. My traditional Indian patterns are all about that rich, deep stain using 100% natural, safe henna.
This architectural design features beautiful jharokha (window) motifs on the palms, with lotus flowers blooming at the top. The arms are covered in a dense, symmetrical pattern.
A bold floral design that stands out. Large, shaded flowers at the top of the arms flow into a mix of modern and traditional patterns, including delicate leaf motifs and jaal work.
An elegant and symmetrical design with delicate floral work on the palms and fingers. The arms feature a beautiful blend of traditional motifs and patterns.
This design is filled with auspicious symbols, including elephants, peacocks, lotus flowers, and a kalash. It's a perfect choice for festivals and pujas.

About Traditional Indian Patterns
I don't just trace patterns; I focus on the final stain. Because I mix my own natural henna with lavender oil and use a lemon-sugar sealant, you get that deep, rich colour that lasts long after the celebration. When you book, we can decide between dense bharwa (full-filled) styles or lighter, modern traditional bands depending on how much time you have.
Traditional Indian mehndi is timeless for a reason. Whether it's the intricate jaal (net) work that covers your arms like lace, or the majestic elephants and peacocks that tell a story on your skin, these patterns hold a special place in our celebrations.
My approach to these traditional designs is rooted in precision. I focus on creating symmetrical, dense patterns where every paisley, lotus, and floral element has space to breathe. When you choose a full-arm bharwa (filled) style, I make sure the transitions between the wrist and elbow are seamless.
Why my henna is different
- Natural Ingredients: I only use 100% organic henna and pregnancy-safe oils like lavender. No chemicals, no shortcuts.
- Comfort at Home: I travel across Bengaluru to your location. You don't have to stress about traffic or finding a salon. We set up in your living space, and I handle the rest.
- The Finish: After application, I apply a lemon-sugar sealant to lock in the moisture and ensure the henna stays on for the perfect amount of time to develop a dark, rich colour.
If you're unsure which pattern suits your outfit or the event, tell me about the occasion—is it a puja, a festival, or just a day when you want to feel beautiful? I will suggest a design that balances tradition with your personal style.
