About Specialty Workshops: Jazz & Heels
When you walk into a Jazz or Heels session, expect to focus on more than just the steps. These sessions are faster-paced than our regular batches, so come ready to sweat, bring your knee pads, and be prepared to film a clean routine at the end of the class.

The Workshop Flow
We structure these 2-3 hour sessions to maximize your growth.
- Warm-up: We start with strength and conditioning drills to prepare your body for floorwork and technical sequences.
- Choreography: We break down a 45-60 second routine, focusing on texture, dynamics, and performance quality rather than just counting the beat.
- Filming: We wrap up by filming the group choreography. It is your chance to see your progress on camera and share your hard work.
