Event planning gets hectic - I’ve seen it firsthand. I want you to actually enjoy your big moments, not chase after vendors or worry about decor. My job is to take that stress off your plate so you can just chill and celebrate.

What We Cover

We’re based in Bangalore and we handle everything from grand shaadis to small family get-togethers. Weddings are our jam - North, South, Sangeet, Mehendi, Haldi, Muhurtham, Receptions, you name it. We also love putting together housewarmings (Gruha Pravesha), naming ceremonies, half sarees, and those milestone birthdays or anniversaries. Whether you want something huge or keep it simple, we’ve got you.

How It Happens

It all starts with a chat and a quick sketch - I like to keep things visual. Next is a full 3D event design planning so you know exactly what you’ll get. My crew works crazy hours to make it happen, and on the day, everything is pakka (spot on).

Vibes & Visuals

We’re big on themed decor - Royal, Boho, White & Gold, whatever matches your vibe. Love flowers? We do massive rose walls and hanging setups. Mandaps, stages, lighting, ambience - all custom, all fresh. We work with all budgets, from simple to full luxury.

All-in-One

No need to juggle vendors. We handle catering, photography, costumes, and more. Your only job: show up and enjoy.

My Story

People always ask how we pull off events with so much energy. Honestly, nothing beats that look on a client's face when everything comes together. One bride told me, 'Nim passion nodidre project anso feeling baralla' (With your passion, it never feels like just a project). Sometimes, folks come to us last minute, tale kettu hogittu (head spinning), and we still manage to deliver. Now, with Bee Events Academy, idannella yaaryaru kalibeku antha aasakti idiyo (whoever wants to learn this), we share our experience. It’s not just work – it’s about building a tribe, celebrating every story.
