- 2-Acre Area: Access to the 'Grand Playground' featuring natural soil/grass terrain and varying elevations.
- Agility Setup: Use of functional obstacles including A-frames, tunnels, weave poles, and tire jumps.
- Security: Enclosed by 5-6ft chain link perimeter fencing to allow safe off-leash running.
Basic Amenities
- Hydration: Community water points available (owners advised to bring personal bowls for hygiene).
- Sanitation: On-site waste disposal bins with scoopers and bags provided for cleanup.
- Owner Area: Designated shaded zones equipped with basic plastic seating and benches.
Entry Rules
- Supervision: Owners must remain inside the park to monitor their dogs at all times; this is not a drop-off service.
- Socialization: Open environment for interaction with other temperament-assessed dogs.
Pool Swim & Park Combo
Swimming Facilities
- Pool Access: Dedicated 45-60 minute slot in a pet-safe, filtered pool.
- Safety Gear: Life jackets and vests provided based on dog size for buoyancy support.
- Handler Support: Pool-side staff available to assist dogs with water entry and exit.
Post-Swim Hygiene
- Rinse Station: Basic freshwater hose area to wash off chlorine and mud.
- Drying: Open space available for towel drying (owners must bring their own towels).
Park Inclusion
- Grounds Access: Includes the standard 'Off-Leash Park Entry' pass for running in the 2-acre field before or after the swim.
- Farm Setting: Access to farm premises with distant views of resident animals like goats and turkeys.

My Story
Hey, welcome to Barn & Beyond! Yahan (here), we’re all about animals, muddy paws, and wagging tails. Noida ka farm life, minus the long drive. Our pony Barbie, Angora rabbits Rocky & Rani, and the ‘mafia’ turkeys run the show. We see families laugh, kids learn, and pets just be themselves. Yeh jagah (this place) is more than a kennel—it's a home, a petting zoo, a community. Sundarr (beautiful) moments, every day.
