Why Florals and Boho Work

Many of my clients want a baby shower that feels modern but still warm. The boho style, with its focus on dried pampas grass, macrame, and soft color palettes, does exactly that. When I mix this with fresh floral arrangements and neon signage, the setup feels intentional and well-designed.

My Process for Your Event

Whether you are planning a small gathering at home or a larger celebration in a Mumbai banquet hall, my approach remains the same. I focus on the structural integrity of the backdrop first. I use a mix of matte and chrome balloons to add depth, and I layer them with artificial and fresh flowers to get that lush, full look you see in the photos.

If you have a specific color theme, we can adjust the neon sign and the balloon mix to match. I do not use cookie-cutter designs. If you want a 'Baby in Bloom' aesthetic, I bring in more roses and hydrangeas. If you prefer the rustic look, we lean into the wooden picket fences and earthy pampas grass.

Logistics and Setup

I understand that your time is valuable. My team and I handle the entire transport and assembly process. For these larger, detailed setups, we usually need 3 to 4 hours of setup time. We take care of everything from the floor flex to the lighting, so you do not have to worry about the logistics on the day of your event.
