Setting up a balloon ring or organic arch requires clear floor space and a power point if you want neon signage included. We bring our own rental frames and stands, so you do not need to arrange any infrastructure. Most of our setups take between 60 and 90 minutes to complete from start to finish.

Whether you are planning a small home birthday or a larger milestone party, the right backdrop defines the space. Our balloon artistry focuses on structural designs that serve as the main focal point for photos and guests.

We specialize in three main types of balloon structures:

• Organic Balloon Rings: These 6-foot diameter metal frames are our most requested item. We use a mix of matte, chrome, and pastel balloons to create a dense, modern look that doesn't feel like a standard supermarket arch. These work well in living rooms or party halls.
• Shimmer & Neon Backdrops: For a more premium feel, we pair 8x8ft shimmer walls with neon signage. These panels reflect light and add depth to your photos, making them ideal for evening events or terrace celebrations.
• Custom Organic Garlands: These are free-form balloon arches that don't rely on a strict circular frame. We use these for staircase decorations, entryway arches, or to frame an existing wall in your home.

Practical Details

• Space Requirements: While we work in most Bangalore apartments and halls, a standard ring setup needs about 7 to 8 feet of vertical clearance and a clear wall area.
• Color Matching: We don't use a 'one size fits all' color palette. If you have a specific theme—be it a jungle safari or a minimalist pastel aesthetic—we match the balloon colors to your specific invitation or mood board.
• Logistics: We are based in Indiranagar but travel across Bengaluru for setups. We handle the cleanup of our frames and equipment after the event, leaving you only with the balloons you choose to keep.
