About Live at the Decks
When I am behind the decks, it is not just about playing tracks. I focus on reading the room to build a proper 140 BPM arc, making sure the transitions between tracks keep the momentum high rather than dropping the energy. It is a cardio workout for the dance floor, and I build my sets to ensure the vibe stays intense from the first drop to the last beat.
Why My Sets Hit Different
I do not believe in cookie-cutter playlists. Whether I am playing a sundowner in Goa or a late-night club set in Delhi, I adapt to the room. My style is built on driving Techno, Melodic Techno, and House, with a heavy emphasis on solid basslines that you feel in your chest.
The Technical Side
You will see me spending a lot of time on the mixers and CDJs. That is intentional. I focus on:
- Manual Beatmatching: No sync button shortcuts here.
- Harmonic Mixing: Keeping the energy flowing by matching keys.
- Dynamic EQing: Cutting through the mix so the drums always punch.
- Creative FX: Using loops and hot cues to remix tracks live, turning a standard song into something unique to that specific venue.
