Creating a modern commercial space is not just about the layout, it is about controlling how light and traffic move through the floor plan. In our office projects, we focus on using fluted glass partitions and strategically placed workstations to separate private cabins from collaborative zones without blocking natural light, ensuring the entire office feels connected yet quiet.
Our approach to commercial architecture blends the aesthetic rigor of our residential work with the pragmatic demands of a professional workspace. Whether we are designing a corporate office or a retail storefront, the goal remains the same: a space that performs as well as it looks.
Designing for Productivity (Offices)
For corporate interiors, we emphasize spatial logic. In our recent project, Office G-2 in Noida, we addressed the need for both privacy and transparency. By pairing blue-toned carpeting with neutral wall panels and grid-like ceiling structures, we created a calming visual anchor. The use of glass partitions allows natural light to penetrate deep into the floor plate, which keeps the atmosphere fresh throughout the working day. We prioritize ergonomic furniture and acoustic wall paneling to ensure that form follows function.
Retail Architecture
Retail spaces require a different focus. With projects like 'The Brick Vault', we look for ways to make the physical environment part of the shopping experience. Here, we used terracotta beige tiles to create a warm, earthy backdrop that highlights the products on display. The vaulted ceiling adds architectural character, while the lighting is designed to draw the eye to the shelving. Our team believes that a well-designed retail store should guide the customer’s journey naturally through the space, using material consistency and lighting control to frame the merchandise.
