A strong game is built on a strong body. We believe that talent only takes you so far, but discipline keeps you winning. Our fitness regime begins early at 5:30 AM, focusing on track running, agility, and mobility work. We use Surya Namaskar and lunges to improve flexibility and core strength, which prevents common badminton injuries.
Inside our 52-foot high, air-conditioned hall, you aren't just hitting shuttles. You are training in an environment built for performance. Whether you are a beginner or looking to join our Elite batches, our training sessions cover the full spectrum of physical preparation. We mix strength work with on-court drills like multi-shuttle feeding to ensure you have the stamina for long rallies.
