About Your Healing Accommodations: Rest in Tradition

Every cottage here, including our signature Tharavadus, was physically transported from Kerala, beam by beam. You are not just checking into a standard hotel room; you are staying in a piece of living history where red oxide flooring and high-vaulted ceilings replace modern artificial climate control, allowing your body to regulate its temperature and rhythm naturally during your stay.

A Sanctuary for Your Recovery

Our accommodations are a central pillar of your healing journey. Unlike standard resorts that focus solely on aesthetics, our rooms in Whitefield, Bangalore, are meticulously designed to mirror the environment of a traditional Kerala home. We believe that true Ayurveda requires an atmosphere that allows the mind to disconnect from the modern pace of life, which is why we do not have televisions in our rooms.

Living in Heritage

Our campus features restored heritage structures like the Aranmula Palace and traditional Tharavadu cottages. These are not replicas; they are authentic structures dismantled in Kerala and reassembled here.

  • Design & Comfort: Expect high ceilings, intricate woodwork, and cool red oxide flooring. These elements are chosen not just for their beauty but for their ability to keep the space naturally ventilated and comfortable.
  • Modern Needs Met: While the exterior and structure are ancient, the interiors include ensuite Western bathrooms and modern, comfortable bedding to ensure your physical comfort is not compromised.
  • Seclusion: Many of our rooms feature private sit-outs or courtyards, giving you a personal connection to the lush greenery of our 7-acre campus. This privacy is essential for the introspection that comes with deep Panchakarma therapy.

Why the Vibe Matters

When you undergo therapies like Shirodhara or Basti, your body becomes sensitive. Staying in a room built with natural materials like wood and clay creates a grounding effect that supports the detox process. It is about removing the sensory overload of city life and replacing it with the sound of birds and the rustle of trees. Whether you choose a classic room or our more spacious suites, the focus remains on providing a quiet, restorative haven that bridges the gap between your treatment sessions.

We believe Ayurveda should not be confined to a clinical, sterile setting. By bringing these ancestral Kerala homes to Bangalore, we have created a space where you can pause, breathe, and let the architecture itself help you unwind.
