Namaste, Dr. Bharti here, from Ayukshema Yoga Studio. Yoga for me? Not just stretching or weight loss. It's a journey - apne aap se milne ka (meeting your own self). Hum na kisi se kam, na zyada. Just us, as we are. I see people walk in with pain, stress, hormonal issues like PCOS, and slowly, ek change aane lagta hai (a change begins). Our team is here to guide, but first step? Khud se pyaar karo (love yourself).
