About Our Team & Guiding Principles
Behind every sprinkler and valve we design is a culture of deep collaboration. Our annual 'Ullas' and 'Udgosh' meets are where our engineers, dealers, and farmers come together, not just to talk business, but to align our design efforts with the actual challenges farmers face on the field. This constant feedback loop is why our solutions work, from our facility in Panipat to your local crops.
We started in 1972 with just two machines and a vision to make agriculture sustainable. Today, that vision has grown into a global presence across 110 countries, but our heart remains firmly with the Indian farmer. Our team approach is grounded in a simple reality: innovation must serve the soil. We do not build in isolation. Our engineers spend significant time at our dealer meets and farmer sabhas, listening to the ground-level issues regarding water salinity, soil texture, and pressure drops.
This direct line of communication with the farming community is what drives our research and development. Whether it is refining the Robin sprinkler or developing our smart Autodrip controllers, every technical improvement is a result of this collaborative culture. We believe in transparency, which is why we welcome farmers to visit our facilities in Panipat and Haridwar to see the manufacturing process firsthand. We are here to ensure that every drop counts, providing irrigation technology that is robust, easy to maintain, and truly built for the diverse Indian climate. Our commitment to 'kisanon ka bharosa' (farmer's trust) is not a slogan; it is the metric by which we measure our success.
