The race begins here! A "Welcome to Neal's 2nd Birthday Party" sign sets the stage, complete with a custom racetrack backdrop, car cutouts, and a blue balloon garland.
The grand entrance for this car-themed party features "Vroom Vroom" and "Get Set Go" signs, checkered flag patterns, and a starting line arch to get guests excited.
I create a complete race day atmosphere with checkered flag bunting, hanging tires, and themed tables. This overhead view shows how every element works together in a large tented space.
This full stage setup for a second birthday is a car lover's dream, featuring a custom road floor, multiple car props, a gas station, and a "Two Fast" backdrop.

About this collection
For our race car themes, I do not just put up a backdrop. I focus on building a complete track layout, which means laying down custom road flooring and setting up authentic pit stop stations so the kids can truly race through their own birthday event. It makes the space feel like a real track, not just a room with posters on the walls.
When we plan a race car rally, we look at the venue as a total circuit. Whether it is a home party or a large banquet hall, the goal is to immerse the guests the moment they walk through the door.
Our Setup
- Track Flooring: We use custom road vinyl or turf to define the racing area, which creates a clear focal point for the kids to run and play.
- The Pit Stop: We design interactive stations like gas pumps and tire stacks that look great in photos and keep the kids entertained during the party.
- Grand Entrance: We often use a checkered flag archway to set the scene, ensuring the 'start line' energy hits guests as soon as they arrive.
Packages for Your Speedster
We adapt the scale based on your needs. For smaller gatherings at home, we set up a 6ft backdrop with organic balloon garlands and character cutouts. If you are hosting a larger bash, we can go up to a 20ft stage setup with life-size fiberglass props, custom floor printing, and even an MC to host the games.
We love bringing these events to life in Bengaluru, and we are more than happy to pack up and travel to Mysore or other nearby locations. From the initial layout to the final cleanup, we handle the logistics so you can simply enjoy the day.
