Things do not always go to plan—like that time a flight cancellation almost stopped me from reaching a bride in Mangalore. I believe in staying calm, thinking smart, and solving problems on the fly. That is exactly how I train my students: not just to apply makeup, but to handle the real-world realities of this profession, whether it is a technical glitch or a tight bridal timeline.
Life Beyond the Makeup Chair
Being a makeup artist is about more than just the glamour you see on Instagram. It is about consistency, discipline, and the ability to stay kind even when things get tough. My journey has taken me from local bridal bookings in Bengaluru to masterclasses in Dubai with industry legends, but the core of my work remains the same: honesty.
Why I Teach My Way
When you step into my academy in Jayanagar, you are not just a student in a batch of fifty. I know how important individual attention is. I see so many artists who learn a few techniques and start teaching immediately, but true mentorship requires more. In my diploma courses, we focus on:
