Meet Akshay. Punctuality is his game, and his phone is filled with reminders to prove it. He's the organized mind that keeps our productions running smoothly, and he lives for a good game of pickleball.

About Meet the AnD Family
We do not just teach steps, we bring a vibe that turns rehearsals into a party. Our team takes care of the technicals, like track mixing and stage blocking, so you can focus entirely on having a great time.
It started 10 years ago as a simple passion project between us, Akshay and Dionne. Today, AnD is a collective of choreographers, performers, and creative souls who thrive on the energy of a live crowd. When you work with us, you get the whole family.
Akshay is the organized force making sure schedules, rehearsals, and logistics run on time. Dionne brings the creative chaos, the expressive hand gestures, and the emotional touch that makes a sangeet or corporate performance feel personal. We believe in masti, the fun and joy of performing.
Whether it is a sangeet, a brand launch, or an office off-site in Mumbai, our goal is to break the ice and get everyone moving. We do not do corporate, stiff routines. We do high-energy, relatable, and fun performances that actually get people talking and laughing together. Our dancers come from diverse backgrounds but share the same love for the stage, and we treat every event as if it were our own family celebration.
