Most anchors read a script off an iPad. I do not. For me, hosting a star-studded night or a concert is about reading the room. If it is a concert with an icon like Sonu Nigam or a high-octane night with Salim-Sulaiman, the audience is there for the magic. My job is to be the conductor.
