In my line of work, the difference between a natural hairline and a pluggy, fake look often comes down to the environment. Micro-punches are small, and the grafts are extremely sensitive. We use a high-tech setup where grafts are implanted almost immediately after extraction—the 'Real-Time FUE' method. This is only possible in a space where the surgical flow is uninterrupted.
